This outcome likely reflects the American people’s desire to address pressing issues like inflation, rising living costs, and the broader economic challenges they’ve faced. Many citizens are now placing their hopes on Trump’s leadership to resolve these difficulties, including inflation and economic instability. For Korea, Trump’s election brings challenges like increased defense spending obligations but also raises hopes for resolutions to conflicts like the ongoing Russia-Israel war.
As a real estate professional, I paid close attention to the housing policies proposed by both Trump and Harris during their campaigns. Trump’s emphasis on expanding housing supply and reducing the burdens associated with it was particularly noteworthy. There is hope that the administration will follow through on these promises and turn them into actionable policies.
The Trump administration has pledged housing policies that are business-friendly. We can expect streamlined administrative processes, relaxed excessive regulations, and incentives like tax deductions to invigorate the housing market. These changes are anticipated not only to improve the business environment but also to address the critical issue of housing shortages.
